I’ll admit it, I used to think blogs were pretty weird. Some are like personal diaries published on the Internet for the whole world to see…everyone’s dream come true, right? But I’ve also gotten a lot of great ideas from different blogs, from DIYs to new recipes to dorm decorations.
I have a passion for healthy eating and running, and I want to share it with others! So, I created Healthy Liv to blog about running, eating healthy in college, and trying to live a balanced life (of which desserts are definitely a part!)
I’ll share some of my favorite recipes, healthy snacks, quick meals to make in a dorm room, workout playlists, and a little of my personal story as I go!
I’d love for you to follow along. I promise not to share videos of myself rapping, recipes for sugar-free avocado black bean brownies, or anything else that could scar you for life.
