I’ve LOVED reading blogs for a few years and have gotten so many great ideas from my favorite blogs, from decorating DIYs to new recipes to even inspiration to run my first half marathon!
I have a passion for healthy eating and running, and I want to share it with others. So, I created Healthy Liv to blog about running, eating healthy in college, and trying to live a balanced life (of which desserts are definitely a part!)I’ll share some of my favorite recipes, healthy snacks, quick meals to make in a dorm room, workout playlists, and a little of my personal story as I go!
I’d love for you to follow along. I promise not to share videos of myself rapping, recipes for sugar-free avocado black bean brownies, or anything else that could scar you for life.

Good, I hope to hear from you often. I am sure you could probably publish a book on how to eat healthy while in college. Of course, most people don’t burn as many calories as you do running, so they can’t eat as much without gaining weight. I am looking forward to reading your blog tomorrow.
