I’ve LOVED reading blogs for a few years and have gotten so many great ideas from my favorite blogs, from decorating DIYs to new recipes to even inspiration to run my first half marathon!
I have a passion for healthy eating and running, and I want to share it with others. So, I created Healthy Liv to blog about running, eating healthy in college, and trying to live a balanced life (of which desserts are definitely a part!)I’ll share some of my favorite recipes, healthy snacks, quick meals to make in a dorm room, workout playlists, and a little of my personal story as I go!
I’d love for you to follow along. I promise not to share videos of myself rapping, recipes for sugar-free avocado black bean brownies, or anything else that could scar you for life.
