These peanut butter crispy treats are have all natural ingredients, some serious peanut butter flavor, and no refined sugar.
1/2cupnatural peanut butter (heaping)(no sugar or oil added)
3cupscrisp rice cereal(I used One Degree Organics)
Heat peanut butter and honey in small saucepan until warm or in microwave on low power for about 30 seconds. Add salt and then gently stir in crisp rice cereal.
Line 8x8 or 9x9 pan with parchment paper. Pour in cereal mixture and firmly press into pan. Freeze for an hour or refrigerate for 3-4 hours, and then cut into 12 bars. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks, or freeze for up to several months.
